A. Application Procedure
1) Parents must open an account at our Primary One admission website. An individual account is needed for each applicant. Please open a different account for each additional applicant within the family.
2) A valid Gmail address is needed to process the application procedures. Each applicant must have their own unique Gmail address for account registration. Please use different Gmail addresses for the application of sisters, twins or triplets throughout the application process. Changes to the email address cannot be entertained once the account is created.
3) Fill in the application form online with all the required details and an attachment of the applicant’s photo.
4) A non-refundable application fee of $210 will be charged for each application via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or JCB).
5) Filling in the application form online may take 30 to 60 minutes. Please make sure that you will be able to complete the process before 12 noon on 25 August 2026.
6) After submitting the application via the applicant account, parents MUST proceed with printing out the required pages and gathering all the other documents for submission to the School by registered post or courier service between 14 and 26 August 2026.
B. Application Documents
Please use ordinary A4 paper for printing or photocopying. DO NOT use heavy paper / glossy paper / photo paper. Clip all the documents at the top left hand corner. DO NOT staple the documents NOR put them into any clear folder.
Arrange the documents in the following order:
1) The printout of the Information Sheet (will be generated upon completion of the application online)
2) The printout of the Application Form (will be generated upon completion of the application online)
3) A photocopy of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate / Hong Kong identification card / overseas passport and document(s) permitting her stay in Hong Kong
4) Photocopies of the applicant’s latest school reports or assessment profiles (preferably issued in 2025-2026)
5) A photocopy of the certificate of baptism of Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) affiliation, if any
6) Other documents / information, if any (NOT exceeding FOUR A4 single-sided pages); please DO NOT send in folders.
C. Submission of Application Documents
1) By REGISTERED POST or COURIER SERVICE, all application documents must be sent to the School in a sealed envelope marked with “Application for Pr. 1 Admission 2027-2028”, addressed to
Diocesan Girls’ Junior School,
1 Jordan Road,
Kowloon
between 14 and 26 August 2026.
Size of the envelope: minimum – 29.7cm X 21cm
2) DO NOT send in more than one application for the same applicant. Applications in duplicates may result in disqualification of the applicant.
3) All documents coming from sisters, twins or triplets MUST be placed in ONE sealed envelope marked with “Sisters” / “Twins” / “Triplets”.
4) All documents submitted will be used for the purpose of Primary One Admission 2027-2028 only and will NOT be returned. They will be properly disposed afterwards.
D. Important Point to Note
The application procedure is NOT COMPLETE until the hard copies of ALL application documents are sent to the School by REGISTERED POST or COURIER SERVICE between 14 and 26 August 2026. Applications with a postage stamp later than 26 August 2026 and/or with a shortage of postage fee will NOT be processed. Applications that are incomplete will be considered withdrawn.
Online Application Period: 14 August – 25 August 2026 (Online submission of the application form will be closed at 12 noon on 25 August 2026)
Only GIRLS born between 1 September 2020 and 31 December 2021 are eligible for application.
Please do not apply if the girl is overage or underage.
Parents should SEND the documents to the School by REGISTERED POST OR COURIER SERVICE between 14 and 26 August 2026.
Applications with a postage stamp later than 26 August 2026 and / or with a shortage of postage fee will NOT be processed.
